What is your minimum order quantity?
We keep MOQ flexible and open to discussion rather than fixed. Trial quantities, part-container and full container load (FCL) orders can all be worked out depending on product, packaging and destination. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm what's workable.
Can you provide samples before I order?
Yes. Pre-shipment samples are available on request; nominal sample and courier charges may apply and will be confirmed upfront.
What Incoterms do you offer?
FOB, CFR and CIF from Mundra, Kandla, Nhava Sheva or Tuticorin as standard. Ex-Works and other terms can be discussed for buyers managing their own freight forwarding.
What payment terms do you accept?
Advance telegraphic transfer (TT) or Letter of Credit (LC) at sight, negotiated based on order size and relationship history.
Can you private label or custom pack?
Yes, custom bag sizes, labelling and retail-ready packaging are available, subject to minimum order quantities per SKU.
What documentation is included?
Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin, packing list and commercial invoice are standard. Phytosanitary and fumigation certificates are coordinated where required by your destination country. See our Quality & Compliance page for detail.
What certifications can you supply against?

What is your typical lead time?
Typically 15–25 days ex-factory from confirmed order, depending on product, quantity and season. We'll confirm an exact timeline with your quotation.
